严丹，女，汉族，湖北省鄂州人，1988年2月出生，中共党员，博士。
主要学习和工作经历：
2007年9月 – 2011年7月在黄冈师范学院物理科学与技术学院，物理学专业，获得本科学历，理学学士学位；
2011年9月 – 2016年7月在中国科学院国家授时中心，天体测量与天体力学专业，硕博连读获得博士学历，理学博士学位；
2016年9月 – 至今 在黄冈师范学院，担任教学和科研工作。
